Construction & Technical Projects tracks a job from quotation through completion. Start from an Invoice Builder quotation, record advances, issue stock, add site expenses, then generate a project invoice hold and complete the job.
After settlement, remaining balance can move to Debt Management. Stages: Quotation → Advance payment → Project invoice Hold → Manage → Complete Project.
Project lifecycle
- Create quotation in Invoice Print, then Start project from that quotation
- Record advance payment
- Issue stock and add site expenses as work progresses
- Generate the project invoice hold from quotation lines and expenses
- Complete the project so remaining balance can move to Debt Management
