Sales Orders is the order-desk add-on. Staff enter orders, or customers use a separate @orders login. Workflow is Pending → Accepted → Dispatched.
Delivery charges follow tenant settings (none, manual, or free selected cities). Packing labels print 8 or 4 per A4. Reports cover sales-rep targets and stock details including on-order quantity.
Order entry
- Look up customer by mobile or register a new one (city is used for free-city delivery)
- Search products, category, or Quick Access; set qty and submit
- Optional sales rep on the order
- Edit a pending order before it is accepted
Desk & dispatch
- Pending orders filtered by status, customer, city, sales rep, and date
- Mark Accepted, then Mark Dispatched
- Product-wise summary for packing / picking lists
Customer portal
- Separate order login ({emailLocal}@orders)
- Customer places the order; backend staff accept and dispatch
