VAT invoices from Excel is for high-volume VAT printing. Upload a sheet; rows with the same temporary invoice number become one invoice. Customers are matched by TIN. A product catalog is not required.
After upload you create, print, and email the batch. IRD Schedule 1 and 2 are included so the accountant can export once invoices are confirmed. Monthly invoice caps still count these invoices.
Spreadsheet upload
- Columns: customer TIN, temporary invoice no, qty, price, and discount (% or amount)
- Same Temp Inv no groups lines into one VAT invoice
- Amount is qty × price − discount
