- Delivery of the service is online access to your tenant workspace after successful registration and/or payment confirmation.
3. Orders and payments
- Selecting a plan and completing checkout (including PayHere) constitutes an offer to purchase the selected subscription or service.

- You authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge the stated amount, including applicable taxes if shown, to your chosen payment method.

- Bank-transfer or slip-based activations (where offered) are confirmed after we verify payment.
4. Delivery of digital services
- Because MyInvoice.LK is software delivered online, there is no physical shipping. Access is typically available immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

8. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyInvoice.LK, Real Business Solutions, and their directors, employees, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that documents you generate will meet every regulatory requirement without your own review.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a paid subscription is limited to the fees you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to our Privacy Policy and any outstanding fees.
